IQForce does not send cold or unsolicited SMS messages. Consent for SMS contact is captured through a documented, auditable, prospect-initiated flow:

This flow qualifies as express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA): the prospect has knowingly and affirmatively provided their phone number in a written digital communication, in response to clear prior identification of IQForce and the nature of our outreach.
Low. Typically 1 to 3 messages per prospect per week during active conversations. Most prospects receive fewer than 10 total SMS messages over the lifetime of the conversation. Conversation activity naturally tapers off once a meeting is scheduled or the prospect indicates they are not interested.
Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. IQForce does not charge recipients for SMS messages; any carrier charges for sending or receiving messages are between you and your wireless carrier.
You may opt out of SMS messages from IQForce at any time, using any of the following:
STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any SMS message we send. This is the fastest method.When you opt out, our system immediately sets a phone_unsubscribed suppression flag with a UTC timestamp. All future SMS sends to your number are hard-blocked across the entire IQForce platform. Opt-outs are honored within minutes and are permanent.
The SMS suppression list is independent of the email suppression list — opting out of SMS does not opt you out of email, and vice versa. To opt out of email, use the unsubscribe link in any IQForce email.
Reply HELP (or INFO) to any SMS message. Your wireless carrier’s system will deliver a standard help response automatically.

For every SMS message sent or received, the following audit data is recorded:
