SMS Consent and Communication Policy

For Twilio toll-free verification reviewers: this page documents how IQ Force LLC obtains express written consent to send SMS messages to business prospects, what those messages contain, frequency, opt-out mechanism, and audit trail. The opt-in mechanism (selected as “Web Form” in the verification form) is described in §2 — it is a written digital opt-in via email reply, functionally equivalent to a web form submission but captured through email rather than HTML form.

§3.What messages you will receive

§4.Frequency

Low. Typically 1 to 3 messages per prospect per week during active conversations. Most prospects receive fewer than 10 total SMS messages over the lifetime of the conversation. Conversation activity naturally tapers off once a meeting is scheduled or the prospect indicates they are not interested.

§5.Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. IQForce does not charge recipients for SMS messages; any carrier charges for sending or receiving messages are between you and your wireless carrier.

§6.How to opt out

You may opt out of SMS messages from IQForce at any time, using any of the following:

  1. Reply STOP (or any of: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any SMS message we send. This is the fastest method.
  2. Email help@iqforce.ai with the subject line “SMS Opt Out” and the phone number to be removed.

When you opt out, our system immediately sets a phone_unsubscribed suppression flag with a UTC timestamp. All future SMS sends to your number are hard-blocked across the entire IQForce platform. Opt-outs are honored within minutes and are permanent.

The SMS suppression list is independent of the email suppression list — opting out of SMS does not opt you out of email, and vice versa. To opt out of email, use the unsubscribe link in any IQForce email.

§7.How to get help

Reply HELP (or INFO) to any SMS message. Your wireless carrier’s system will deliver a standard help response automatically.

§8.Audit trail and log retention

For every SMS message sent or received, the following audit data is recorded:

Different categories of data are retained for different periods, calibrated to minimize the data we hold while preserving the records needed to honor opt-outs and defend against disputes:

SMS content, status, Twilio SIDs, timestamps. Purged after 12 months.
Consent records
4 years
consent_timestamp, consent_email_id, and the originating email reply body. Retained for the TCPA statute-of-limitations window to demonstrate valid opt-in if disputed.
Opt-out / suppression records
Indefinite
phone_unsubscribed flag and timestamp. Retained permanently to ensure prior opt-outs are honored and the prospect is never re-contacted.

§9.Contact and data requests

Questions about this policy, requests for data export, or requests to delete your data may be sent to the address below. Data deletion requests are honored within 30 days; opt-out suppression records are retained as described in §8 to prevent re-contact after deletion.
