This Privacy Policy explains how IQ Force LLC ("IQForce", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information in the course of operating our United States business-to-business sales platform. IQForce is a US-only, business-to-business service; we do not knowingly direct our services to consumers or to individuals outside the United States.

§2.Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal information we process about:
- Business prospects — individuals at companies we contact, or who interact with us, in a business-to-business sales context.
- Customers and their authorized users — individuals who sign up for and use the IQForce platform.
- Website visitors — individuals who visit
iqforce.ai and our related pages.
IQForce is offered solely for business use within the United States. We do not target our services to residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions outside the United States, and we do not knowingly collect information from such residents.
§3.Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Business contact information — name, job title, company name, business email address, business phone or mobile number, LinkedIn profile, and company website.
- Communications content — the content of emails, SMS messages, and other messages exchanged between you and IQForce, including replies you send to us.
- Consent and preference records — the date and time you provided consent to be contacted on a given channel, your preferred channel, the specific message or web-form submission in which consent was given, and any opt-out you make.
- Engagement and delivery metadata — message delivery status, email opens and clicks, reply timestamps, and message identifiers (for example, Twilio message SIDs).
- Account information — for platform customers, authentication identifiers and account/usage data needed to provide the service.
- Technical information — limited information such as IP address and browser/user-agent captured when you submit a web form (for example, our SMS opt-in form), used for security and audit purposes.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as government identifiers, health, biometric, or financial account data) from prospects.
§4.How we obtain it
- Directly from you — when you reply to our emails, submit our SMS opt-in form, or otherwise communicate with us.
- From our customers — businesses using IQForce may provide business contact information for prospects they wish to reach.
- From public and commercial business sources — publicly available professional information (for example, company websites and professional networking profiles) used to identify relevant business contacts.
For SMS specifically, we send messages only after you have provided express written consent through our hosted opt-in form. See our SMS Consent and Communication Policy for the full opt-in flow.
§5.How we use information
- To conduct 1:1 business sales conversations — scheduling meetings, sharing calendar links, and answering questions about our product or our customers' products.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the IQForce platform.
- To record and honor consent and opt-out choices across channels.
- To comply with legal obligations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state privacy laws.
- To maintain an audit trail demonstrating lawful consent and message handling.
We do not use SMS for promotional broadcasts, coupons, or campaign blasts, and we do not use the information we collect to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.
§6.SMS and communications
Our handling of SMS consent, message content, frequency, opt-out, and the related audit trail is described in detail in our SMS Consent and Communication Policy. Key points:
- SMS is sent only after express written opt-in via our web form; never before.
- Every outbound message is 1:1 and human-reviewed before sending.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP; opt-outs are permanent and honored within minutes.
- Consent and suppression are independent per channel — opting out of email does not affect SMS, and vice versa.
- No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
§7.How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to operate our service and as required by law. Specifically:
- Service providers (processors) — vendors that process data on our behalf and under contract, limited to what they need to perform their function. These include cloud hosting and database (Supabase), transactional email delivery (Resend), SMS/messaging delivery (Twilio), and AI text-processing used to draft and analyze messages (Anthropic). These providers are not permitted to use the information for their own purposes.
- Our customers — where a prospect's information was provided by or relates to a specific IQForce customer's outreach, that information is accessible to that customer for the purpose of their sales conversation.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of IQForce, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
§8.No sale of personal information
IQForce does not sell personal information, and does not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve (12) months.
§9.Data retention
We retain different categories of data for different periods, calibrated to minimize what we hold while preserving the records needed to honor opt-outs and defend against disputes:
Message bodies
+ delivery metadata
12 months
Email/SMS content, delivery status, message identifiers, and timestamps. Purged after 12 months.
Consent records
4 years
Consent timestamp, the message or form submission that captured consent, and related audit fields. Retained for the TCPA statute-of-limitations window to demonstrate valid opt-in if disputed.
Opt-out / suppression records
Indefinite
Unsubscribe flags and timestamps. Retained permanently to ensure prior opt-outs are honored and you are never re-contacted.
§10.Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls scoped to each customer's data (row-level security), and authentication on all data-access endpoints. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
§11.Your privacy choices and rights
Regardless of where you live, you may:
- Opt out of email using the unsubscribe link in any IQForce email.
- Opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any message, or emailing help@iqforce.ai with the subject "SMS Opt Out".
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing help@iqforce.ai.
Depending on your state of residence, US state privacy laws (such as the CCPA/CPRA in California, and comparable laws in other states) may give you additional rights, including the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at help@iqforce.ai.
We will verify your request using the information we hold (such as your email address or phone number) before acting on it, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law. Data deletion requests are honored within 30 days; opt-out and suppression records are retained as described in §9 to prevent re-contact after deletion.
§12.Children's privacy
IQForce is a business-to-business service intended for use by adults in a professional capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
§13.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page; your continued interaction with IQForce after an update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy.
